HUD AUDITS
Generally, participants in public housing, Section 8 housing and the insured multi-family housing program must prepare annual financial reports in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing guidelines. HUD audits can be complex and involve specific disclosures requiring a certain level of experience and expertise. Tarwater and Company specializes in HUD audits and has been engaged on hundreds of audits containing either Section 8 rents, HUD insured mortgages or HUD held mortgages.
